What currency will I be charged in?

All prices stated on our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Orders will also be charged in SGD.

Are taxes included in the price stated?

No worries! Prices stated are inclusive of GST, we will not charge any additional taxes.

What are the payment methods accepted?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay via HitPay. 


What is Hoolah?

Hoolah is a company that allows customers to buy now and pay later. They will split your purchase equally into 3 interest-free installments over a period of 3 months. 

Who can use Hoolah?

Hoolah is only available to Singaporeans aged 18 years and above.

When signing up with hoolah, please provide the following details:

1) A Singapore NRIC or FIN number

2) A mobile phone number issued with a Singapore prefix (+65)

3) A valid email address

4) Credit card / Debit card issued by a financial institution

When can I expect to receive my order?

We are working closely with our external partners and carriers to ensure your order can reach you as quickly as possible. If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery time, you may drop us an email at orders@pollyannaconcepts.com for an update. 

Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days 

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order. 

How much does shipping cost?

We often deliver via Qxpress or Lalamove, as the nature of our items being bulky, they are not accepted by many courier services. Therefore we may have to split up your delivery to 2 or more parts if your order includes a tree.

  1. Standard Shipping: SGD $10
  2. Individual Shipping: + SGD$10 (Calculated at Checkout Page). The Total Shipping Fee is capped at $30. Reach out to us if you have 3 or more bulky items in your order and we will consolidate them to be delivered via Lalamove.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email orders@pollyannaconcepts.com with your order number in the subject line. 

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

Unfortunately, We don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the items are damaged. 

If you have received a damaged product, please reach out to us within 10 business  days. 

Order # and pictures of the damaged item(s) must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

Exchange for another pcs of the same item may be possible if we still have stock. Please note that there will be no refunds should the value of the items you want to replace with is lower.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at orders@pollyannaconcepts.com and we’ll be sure to get you the flowers or plants you ordered!

Return Eligibility

Please ensure that your items meet all of the following returnable conditions:

  • Within 10 business days after delivery
  • New condition and unused
  • Original packaging
  • Item is not marked as “As-Is” or “Final Sale” (indicated on the product page)

The following condition are NOT eligible for return:

  • “As-Is” or “Final Sale” items
  • Customised or Bespoke orders 
  • Items that have been removed from their original packaging
  • Damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear & tear
  • Pollyanna reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions and if its no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

Non-exchangeable and Non-returnable items include:

  • Customised orders, Final Sale or As-Is

Refund Amount

As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs (where applicable) are non-refundable, and there is a return fee at 18% of the price you paid for the item.
As such, you will be refunded the following amount:

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price – Delivery Fee – Pick-up Fee (18% of Final Paid Price)

While some companies build in return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way, you’re not paying for other peoples’ returns or shipping.
