How long do we keep your information

No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

Managing or deactivating your Pollyanna account

You may review, update, or modify your account information, including profile, contact, payment and shipping information, at any time by logging into your Pollyanna account. You may also deactivate your Pollyanna account by emailing orders@pollyannaconcepts.com.

You may unsubscribe from our promotional emails at any time by following the instructions included in those emails. If you opt out of receiving such communications, note that we may continue to send you non-promotional emails (such as order confirmation emails or emails about changes to our legal terms).
