Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Yes, we do! We have a warehouse showroom where you can browse our full range of artificial plants in person. We also have a special Christmas showroom that opens seasonally, featuring our festive collection of trees, wreaths, and holiday décor. Visitors are always welcome — just contact us in advance to arrange a visit or check our showroom opening hours.
Do we offer large-scale installations?
Yes! In addition to retail décor, we provide professional installation services for both festive and everyday settings. During the Christmas season, our team handles full-scale holiday installations — including trees, garlands, wreaths, and themed displays for malls, offices, hotels, and showrooms.
Ordering & Shipping
Where do we ship?
We currently deliver islandwide within Singapore. Whether you’re in the heart of the city or in surrounding areas, our team ensures your order arrives safely and on time
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days once your order is confirmed. For custom arrangements it will take 1-2 weeks or more to fabrication before installation.
Can I self-collect my order?
Yes, you can! We offer a self-collection option from our warehouse showroom. Simply select the “Self-Collect” option at checkout, and our team will notify you through WhatsApp when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before coming to collect your items.
Care & Maintenance
How do I clean or maintain artificial plants?
Our products are low-maintenance. Simply dust with a soft cloth or brush. For more thorough cleaning, gently wipe with a damp cloth — avoid soaking or using strong cleaners.
Are Pollyanna Concepts’ products UV-resistant?
Yes! Most of our artificial plants and flowers are made with UV-resistant materials, which helps prevent fading and discoloration caused by sunlight. This means your plants will stay vibrant and beautiful for a longer time, even in bright indoor spaces or shaded outdoor areas.
Will the colour still fade over time?
While our UV-resistant materials significantly slow down fading, long-term direct exposure to harsh sunlight may still cause some lightening over time. We recommend placing your plants in indoor or semi-sheltered outdoor areas for best results.
